Hoag Classic & Kingston Technology Scholarship Fund
As part of the continued partnership to help further the education of students, the Hoag Classic partnered with Kingston Technology to fund $70,000 in scholarships.
Thanks to the generosity and vision of Kingston Technology Hoag employees are advancing their education and elevating the level of care Hoag provides to our community. During the 2020 Hoag Classic, Kingston Technology awarded $50,000 in scholarships to deserving students at Hoag. Funded completely by philanthropy, the Hoag Employee Education Scholarship Program provides scholarships up to $5,000 for non-nursing employees who are actively pursuing education to advance their careers at Hoag.
Other scholarship recipients in 2020 included Jesse Lopez, whose father is an employee at Newport Beach Country Club as well as four students from The First Tee of Orange County who each received $2,500 to help further their education.
